Mason Navarro Pledge Consulting Civil and Structural Engineers with extensive experience in Conservation, all forms of construction and traditional materials.

Their work encompasses a broad range of projects including commercial, residential, conservation & heritage, hotel & leisure, education, automotive, industrial and retail developments.

The team at MNP investigate, design sensitive repairs, and conserve historic structures using state-of-the art survey and 3d modelling techniques employing drones, radar surveys, laser scanning and thermal imaging.

MNP’s civils team has particular expertise and experience in Flood Risk Assessments and drainage strategies for planning, detailed drainage design including BIM, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS), earthworks and ground modelling and external works and levels design.

MNP have long established working relationships with major London Estates advising on maintenance, repair and development works. In addition, they design new structures and facades for many residential and commercial buildings and as well as monuments and specialist structures.

Founded in 1999 by David Mason, Frank Navarro and Stuart Pledge, the three directors are joined by Martin King and Stephen Vernon in the leadership team. They have a team of 40 engineers and technicians with offices in 3 locations; London, Hitchin and Manchester.

Mason Navarro Pledge care about their local community and are active partners in their various locations: lead sponsor at Hitchin Rugby Club, STEM Ambassadors across Hertfordshire, University support within the engineering degrees arranging work experience and placements for students, charity fundraising for many cancer charities and much more.
